Every candle leaves us with care. If something is not right, we want to make it right.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unlit, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with us at contact@thewickedwonders.com with your order number and reason for your request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at contact@thewickedwonders.com. Include a photo of the item and packaging, and we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used or lit, items without original packaging, and sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
